Our purpose is to advance the professional interests of our members through networking, education, and encouragement via our online loop, our Facebook group, at our Annual Retreat, and more. 

The TGN Annual Retreat features panels and presentations from the industry’s leading experts and authors; a Golden Crown ceremony recognizing our newly published members; and other exciting chapter business. Members often say that our chapter retreat is a highlight of their RWA National Conference experience. 

Throughout the year: we also aid members by facilitating a TGN Mentorship Program, pairing new and established members; we host a Writers Getaway, where members gather together to write like mad and perhaps make new friends.
